The aim to do this by offering support, training and development for childminders whilst still allowing them to be independent businesses. Unique Support Early Years Agency Ltd provides regulatory services to ensure that the care and education offered through the agency is of the highest quality and in line with the EYFS. The service is supportive but also flexible, enabling all childminders, whether they are new or long established, access to training, advice, and support. It is our belief that if a childminder feels fully supported, has somewhere they can go to be able to ask any question and/or get support with any element of their business, this enables them to then focus on giving the children in their care the best possible start in life.
